• For cancellation refunds will be made at the discretion of CocoaNuts. The full amount will not be refunded if any progress has been made on your order. Any charges incurred and materials already purchased for your order are non-refundable and time spent on any of your order will be taken into consideration.
• Where possible we will try to accommodate rescheduling if given enough notice. Please be aware if we cannot reschedule your booking this will count as a cancellation and the cancellation procedure will be followed.
